Nanci has a track-record of helping 100’s of companies align organizational culture and hiring practices in ways that radically impact performance. She’s known for her long-term vision and promotes retention and longevity by designing training programs that reinforce mission and core values.

Most recently Nanci has founded TalentPort, a strategic HR consultancy and recruitment process solution. TalentPort’s services offer the same caliber of results she’s delivered to 100’s of companies for decades, without the costly pricing of a traditional staffing agency. A veteran of the staffing industry, Nanci’s vision is to equip small and mid-sized organizations to hire smarter and better with compelling rates based on service vs. salary. Her proven methodology for cultural assessment, job development and top grading has helped countless organizations identify stronger, more effective staff members and align leaders to meet or exceed their goals.

Recognized as an exceptional communicator, Nanci is known for her collaborative approach and measurable results. As an active member of Vistage, she has a true understanding of what it takes to run a company and understands the challenges of hiring and retaining talent. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University in Communications. Nanci also serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for Meals on Wheels of Greater San Diego and supports environmental and animal welfare causes.

Frequently stepping into the role of top grading consultant, Judi has a unique ability to analyze candidates using behavioral scorecards. She is adept at identifying top-tier talent for her clients. Judi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business / Managerial Economics from the State University of New York College at Oneonta (SUNY ONEONTA).

As a Talent Specialist, Eddy is passionate about aligning candidates, companies and cultural fit, and sees his work as having a meaningful impact on the lives of others. He has a unique ability to assess candidates’ verbal and nonverbal queues. Eddy’s engaging style and process-driven approach to sourcing helps him identify candidates of exceptional quality and deliver a scalable, solutions-oriented work product. Known for his attention to detail, Eddy has served clients in a broad range of industries, including technology, mortgage, real estate, engineering, finance and accounting. Eddy holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of San Carlos and a Master’s degree from Cebu Normal University.
